Medhatechverse is seeking a highly experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology roles. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in strategic hiring, stakeholder management, and team coordination within a fast-paced staffing environment.
This role requires a proactive professional who can drive recruitment strategy, mentor junior recruiters, and ensure successful talent delivery across multiple client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding
Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for mid-level to senior IT positions
Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
Lead salary negotiations and manage offer closures
Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
Maintain recruitment metrics, pipeline tracking, and reporting
Mentor and guide junior recruiters to improve sourcing quality and delivery timelines
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and critical roles
Required Skills & Qualifications :
7–8 years of experience in IT recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Strong knowledge of full recruitment lifecycle processes
Experience hiring for technical roles such as Software Development, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, Oracle, Cybersecurity, etc.
Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle multiple client requirements simultaneously
Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs and delivery targets
