Job Overview

Medhatechverse is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who can manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to candidate onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IT hiring and the ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment process from requirement gathering to candidate joining
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social networks, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Negotiate compensation and manage offer roll-out process
Follow up with candidates until onboarding and joining
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment reports
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Required Skills :

3–4 years of experience in IT recruitment
Strong understanding of technical roles (Developers, Cloud, Data, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
